Agile Methodologies - Active users involvement is the key

In all development projects, the sales describe the requirements to the client who will understand them in his own way while the development team will understand these requirements in a third way.
So the follow up with the client, with business people is imperative. In the modern project, it’s becoming critical to have a senior and experienced user representative involved throughout to ensure the requirements management (clear – priorities – changes - etc.)
Tha active users involvement is the first principle of agile methodologies principles.
